Having bought and sold several homes over the years I can honestly say that my experience with Andréa Sorrentino and Mike Christie of Douglas Elliman was by far the best. They were always well informed, courteous and most of all respectful. They respected my time and they respected my opinion while still getting potentials buyers to my home. Their ability to communicate with me was second to none. Selling a home is always an emotional experience and their team was always cognizant of that while still navigating the sale of a unique home like mine.

Andréa and Michael are hands down the best agents!!! We were in search to find a house for two years (first year with another agent) and when we started working Andrea and Michael, their care, attention and professionalism were obvious from the first communication. After months and months of search, Michael never gave up on us or made us feel less important regardless of the countless houses we saw together. He was patient and encouraging every step of the way even when my husband and I were losing hope. When we were finally in contract with a house, Andrea’s guidance made us feel confident every step of the way, especially when issues came up. Andrea knew exactly what to do and guided us and made sure we were not only protected but happy with our decision. We never felt pressured or lost because of their support. We ultimately closed on a home that was better than we could’ve imagined all because of them! We cannot thank them enough and we’ve been singing their praises to all our friends and family. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Andrea’s expertise and professionalism is beyond reproach. But beyond that she helped us on all aspects of the sale. She organized trades for estate clean-outs, cleaning crews, and contractors who made the house presentable. The final sale price was well beyond what we expected due to how she presented the house and her expert negotiation skills. Andrea is our real estate broker for life.
